Project Manager (GEORGIAN language + ENG)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate our cross-functional marketing and real estate projects for work in the UAE (Dubai) , but for the Georgian market.

‼️ The most important requirements for this role are fluency in Georgian , 1.5 years of experience in team, project or product management and either being currently based in Dubai or having worked in Dubai within the past few years .

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams (architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers).

This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Al Barsha (Art of Living Mall).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate our construction and real estate projects for the Georgian market
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams
• Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in Team, Project or Product Management
• Fluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage
• Previous experience coordinating cross-functional projects is a plus
