Regional Human Resources Business Partner (East Coast)

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in supporting MINISO USA's retail operations by managing employee relations, conducting training, overseeing recruitment, and acting as a strategic liaison between stores and headquarters. This position ensures HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position is remote but will cover our East Coast region, including the following states: AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT.
