The Floor Supervisor leads hourly teams to deliver a best-in-class brand experience, overseeing floor operations to ensure our signature standards of hospitality are met. The Floor Supervisor works in collaboration with the General Manager and AGM, reaching targets for controllable spending, including labor and sales.
