Position Overview We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to own the evolution of our Workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities. In this role, you'll drive customer and business value by defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with customers to compose product-market fit and build deep expertise across the Mendix ecosystem. You'll form partnerships to deliver a portfolio of BPM capabilities that deliver maximum value. This includes AI capabilities as first-class citizens in workflows. You'll lead the product journey from initial conceptualization through launch and beyond, collaborating closely with customers to shape business orchestration capabilities through Mendix's workflow and microflow engines. You bring hands-on experience with how business process/workflow engines are built and operated — not just how they're marketed.
