Mediix Recruitment is an Australian boutique recruitment agency specialising in healthcare recruitment across Australia .

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a high-volume healthcare desk across Allied Health, Nursing or GP recruitment .

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment, loves being on the phone, is comfortable working at pace and has a strong track record of delivering results and billings.

About the role

You will manage the full recruitment cycle , including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, client management, placements and ongoing relationship management.

You will be working Australian business hours, 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday , recruiting across Australia.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' full-time, full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally recruiting for the Australian market
• Has recruited within the healthcare sector
• Has a proven track record of individual billings and placements
• Is confident and enjoys spending a significant part of the day on the phone speaking with candidates and clients
• Can manage a high-volume workload and large volume of emails
• Is highly organised and knows how to prioritise competing tasks
• Learns quickly and is comfortable working independently
• Is commercially minded, motivated and results-driven
