REO Contract Analyst

The REO Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reviewing real estate-owned (REO) purchase contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to investor, insurer, and company requirements. This role serves as the first line of quality control in the contract-to-close process by identifying discrepancies and confirming that required documentation is properly executed before files move forward. The REO Contract Analyst also supports post-sale deed intake by auditing deeds received by mail, scanning and indexing the documents, and uploading them to the appropriate system records and orders.
