Consultant - Construction Delay Claims (Full-Time)

This role supports MBP's Disputes and Investigations service line by providing technical support related to delay and disruption claims (primarily in construction), litigation support, and investigative consulting services to attorneys, government agencies, contractors, and commercial clients. Analyzes complex contract and project-related matters, including construction claims and government contract disputes, and collaborates with MBP managers and experts in the development of expert reports and analyses for legal proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution matters.
