Ready to find your place with us? For the 2027 Season, the Mar-Bella Collection is looking for an Administrative & Operational Support Trainee for Elix in Karavostasi, Thesprotia.

The Role As an Administrative & Operational Support Trainee, you will gain practical experience in administrative organization, human resources scheduling, operational data management, and supporting the daily operations of the hotel.

A Day at Work The effective operation of a hotel is based on organization, accuracy, and collaboration across departments. A typical day at Elix may include:

• Supporting the daily administrative and operational organization of the hotel's departments.
• Entering, updating, and monitoring staff work schedules through the ESS (Employee Self Service) system.
• Participating in the entry and processing of inventories, and updating relevant files and reports.
• Collecting, organizing, and entering operational data and reports.
• Collaborating with Heads of Departments to ensure smooth daily operations and effective task scheduling.
• Supporting the management of personnel files, attendance records, and other administrative procedures.
• Monitoring and updating internal documents and operational records.
• Contributing to effective communication and collaboration between hotel departments.

Requirements

Is it You? Key qualifications:

• Eligibility to undertake an internship through an educational institution (University, TEI, IEK, or other recognized educational body).
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Responsibility, consistency, and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
