The Digital Marketing Manager owns the brand's digital marketing strategy end-to-end — most critically, taking full ownership of paid media (Meta and Google) in-house, without relying on an outside agency. This is a leadership role, not an execution-only one: the person sets the direction for where media budget goes, makes the investment and optimization calls, and is directly accountable for the channel's results — while also driving email marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and brand-consistent digital communications across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the in-house paid media strategy across Meta and Google — planning, budget allocation, and optimization — without dependency on an external agency.
  • Develop and execute email marketing, newsletter, and CRM strategies.
  • Manage audience segmentation, customer lifecycle journeys, and marketing automation.
  • Coordinate corporate communications and ensure brand consistency.
  • Serve as a liaison between Commercial and Communications teams.
  • Develop and monitor SEO and SEM initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report digital marketing and e-commerce KPIs, with strategic recommendations for the business.
  • Optimize customer experience, conversion funnels, abandoned cart recovery, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Supervise external vendors and support the Junior Graphic Designer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing paid media (Meta + Google) in-house — not just briefing an agency.
  • Background in luxury fashion or an agency serving luxury brands strongly preferred.
  • Experience in email marketing and SMS.
  • Strategic planning and the seniority to operate with full autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and spoken).
