Our client is expanding their local presence in the Philippines and is seeking a seeking a proactive, collaborative and self-motivated DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

NetSuite and simPRO administration

  • Administer and configure NetSuite and simPRO on a day-to-day basis.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite forms, fields, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, approvals, templates and alerts.
  • Configure and maintain simPRO system settings, cost centres, catalogues and prebuilds, forms, templates and automations.
  • Implement approved item-master, pricing and costing requirements within the systems, including field setup, upload templates and data mapping.
  • Test configuration changes and vendor releases in a sandbox environment before production deployment.
  • Manage production releases, including regression checks, change documentation, business impact communication and rollback planning.

Technical support and service management

  • Act as the first point of technical support for NetSuite and simPRO administration requests and incidents.
  • Maintain a simple support intake process and triage requests by urgency, complexity and ownership.
  • Resolve day-to-day configuration and administration issues directly, and identify work that requires project scheduling, escalation or vendor support.
  • Monitor support activity through JIRA reporting, including request volumes, priorities, resolution times, workload distribution and recurring themes.
  • Use recurring support issues to identify opportunities for system improvements, stronger controls or user guidance.

Integrations and technical development

  • • Monitor integrations that connect with NetSuite or simPRO, including integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Diagnose integration failures, identify root causes and resolve data or configuration issues within NetSuite and simPRO.
  • Work with relevant teams where user input, training or upstream data quality is affecting integration performance.
  • Maintain and document the NetSuite API so internal teams and vendors can build against it reliably.
  • Build minor scripts or integrations that sit entirely within NetSuite where appropriate.
  • Coordinate complex integration changes with internal system owners and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on integration health and processing outcomes.

Reporting and data quality

  • Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, operational reports and dashboards.
  • Review and remove duplicate, redundant or outdated saved searches and reports.
  • Maintain a defined set of trusted operational reports that remain accurate, accessible and easy to find as systems and data change.
  • Investigate data-quality issues within NetSuite and simPRO and correct the relevant system configuration or mapping.

Technical advisory and change support

  • Advise internal teams on what NetSuite and simPRO can support, including system constraints, dependencies and downstream impacts.
  • Assess the technical feasibility and impact of proposed operational or process changes.
  • Provide technical input into system architecture and improvement initiatives while the relevant business owner retains responsibility for process design and decisions.
  • Scope larger technical requests and coordinate their prioritisation, scheduling or escalation.

Security and access management

  • Configure and maintain user roles and permissions across NetSuite and simPRO.
  • Implement access controls and segregation-of-duties requirements agreed with the relevant business owners.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and identify excessive, inappropriate or conflicting permissions for resolution.
  • Configure accounts and permissions to reduce the risk of unauthorised changes or unintended impacts to integrations.

Vendor management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with NetSuite, simPRO and relevant implementation or integration partners.
  • Coordinate technical support, incident escalation and complex delivery with vendors.
  • Manage vendor support arrangements, contracts or retainers and maintain clear escalation paths and support contacts.
  • Ensure vendor support can be accessed reliably when required, including when the role holder is unavailable.

Systems documentation

  • Document system configuration, technical setup, integration behaviour and API requirements.
  • Record technical resolutions and the reasoning behind previous system fixes.
  • Maintain structured, current and accessible documentation so critical knowledge is not dependent on one person.
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer by keeping key system documentation indexed and easy to locate.

Requirements

  • 4+ years minimum experience of hands on NetSuite Administration experience
  • Relevant experience in NetSuite Administrator, ERP Systems, Business Systems Administrator, Applications Administrator, NetSuite Technical Consultant
  • System Configuration and ongoing support
  • Integrations and Troubleshooting
  • Reporting and saved searches, roles permissions and access management experience
  • Strong practical systems administration capability: Able to advise on system functionality, technical options and the impact of proposed changes
  • Supports and advises on system changes

Advantageous Skills:

  • Any certifications related to Netsuite
  • Experience in using simPRO
