FLOOR MANAGER - STUDIO MARE

We expect:

• Strong understanding of service flow, guest experience, and fine dining standards
• Ability to take responsibility for the floor, including reservations, seating, and service coordination
• Experience acting as support to the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between FOH and kitchen
• Ability to maintain structure, calm, and efficiency during busy service
• Hands-on leadership approach with a strong presence on the floor
• Support in wine service and knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset
• Professional, service-minded, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience as Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Waiter is a plus
