Chef de Partie - BAR AMORE

We are looking for a Chef de Partie committed and experienced to join our kitchen team. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy gastronomic environment in one of the coolest restaurant in Copenhagen who has a keen eye for quality and wants to develop their professional skills in collaboration with a professional and dedicated team.

We are looking for a Chef de partie who meets the following:

• Professional training as a chef or documented experience at an equivalent level.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as Chef de partie or Sous Chef.
• Strong technical skills in hot and cold kitchen techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain focus on details.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Positive attitude, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Responsible with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality food.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Respect for diversity and ability to create a safe working environment.
