Manager, Billing & Collection
- Manage the OTC team in executing the billing and collection activities.- Maintain a robust billing and collections process to ensure completeness and accuracy of the order to cash.- Analyze customer contracts to ensure that Mambu sends invoices timely and accurately.- Invoice management in the ERP system (NetSuite) in close cooperation with OTC and finance team.- Prepare monthly reporting package and analysis of AR; support the FP&A team with explaining results.- Be a pro-active business partner to the commercial teams regarding the billing and collection policies. - Involvement in the annual group external audit on all AR related topics. - Maintain an excellent working relationship with the revenue controller, to ensure a smooth communication...
