M-Files is growing across the UK, Ireland and wider Europe, and we are now building our Revenue Operations presence in the region.
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will help our salespeople and partners sell faster and cleaner, and you will be the person they turn to when a deal needs to get done and something is not straightforward. You will work primarily in the European time zone, closely collaborating with colleagues in Finland and the US, with flexibility to provide regular overlap with US working hours.
About the role
This is a hands-on Sales Operations and enablement role at the heart of how we sell. It is not about passing volume through. We want someone who understands why things work the way they do, solves the problem in front of them, and thinks about what happens next, from quote to order and beyond. You will partner closely with Sales, while keeping Revenue Operations policies and priorities as your compass.
What you will do
- Enable our sales teams and partners: run training and onboarding, create clear guidance, and keep sales processes and tools easy to understand and use, including CPQ
- Review and approve quotes against our sales policies, using judgment where cases are not black and white
- Coordinate contract reviews between Sales, Legal and Finance so deals move without surprises
- Make sure every order reaches the invoicing pipeline with everything needed for successful invoicing
- Support sales and partners through our shared internal ticketing system and solve problems at the root. When something keeps going wrong, find out why and help fix it
- Understand the whole order flow well enough to step in on order processing and booking validation when needed, and make sure every order has all the information it requires
- Support partner funding and incentive programs as the need arises
- Proactively identify and document additional support needs in the sales organization, to reduce admin burden on salespeople and make M-Files a better company to work with for our employees and partners
- Work alongside automation and AI-assisted workflows, and help us improve them in daily use
- Communicate professionally and thoroughly with all internal and external stakeholders, in English
- Assist with sales order entry when needed to support business requirements
Requirements
What you bring
- Solid experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales administration, order management or deal desk work, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business
- A problem solver's mindset: you find solutions, and you also understand how your decision affects the teams and reporting that depend on it downstream
- A genuine service mindset: you enjoy helping colleagues and partners succeed, and you go the extra mile to find a way forward
- The confidence to say "not like this, but here is what we can do". You work as a partner to Sales, and you are comfortable holding the line on policy and following Revenue Operations leadership
- You own your work, including your mistakes. You raise them early, fix them, and help us learn from them
- A development mindset. You notice inefficiencies and want to fix them, not just work around them
- Strong communication and coaching skills, to teach others how things work
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders: you can summarize a complex case clearly, ask the right questions and follow up until a decision is made
- Sharp analytical thinking, numerical ability and good Excel skills
- The drive to take initiative and see things through to the end
- Enthusiasm for automation and AI as tools for working smarter
- Fluent English, other European languages are an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ systems, or Zuora is considered an advantage
