Senior Manager of Real Estate – Capital Projects

The Senior Manager of Real Estate Capital Projects (US) is an integral part of Latham's Global Real Estate team. This role will be responsible for the execution and delivery of complex capital projects across the firm's portfolio, with a primary focus on the United States (US), while leading the execution of office fit-outs, renovations, and strategic investments, primarily across US locations. This role will be located in either our Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York and Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
