Senior Financial Analyst – Quant

The Senior Financial Analyst Quant is an integral part of Latham's Global Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing financial modeling on transactional deals for the Corporate Department's leading practice groups, including Emerging Companies & Growth, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Private Equity, while developing financial models, including proforma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration spreadsheets, voting models, and IPO beneficial ownership models, for transactions, collaborating closely with lawyer deal teams.
