The Partner Recruiting Specialist is an integral part of Latham's Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for coordinating activities and processes in support of lateral partner hiring and integration for the firm's offices, as directed by department leadership, while supporting the timely and effective execution of all phases of the lateral partner recruitment process for the office, including interview coordination, progress tracking, feedback collection, and operational steps across the hiring process.
