OGC Contract Attorney – Compliance & Intake

The OGC Contract Attorney Compliance & Intake is an integral part of Latham's Office of General Counsel ("OGC") team. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of the firm's engagement terms repository by reviewing Engagement Terms and applying tags to track key OGC concepts, while reviewing existing documents in the Engagement Terms repository to determine controlling documents and update the system accordingly.This role will be located in either our Chicago, Houston, Washington, D.C, or San Diego office.
