Investment Funds Senior Paralegal

The Investment Funds Senior Paralegal is an integral part of Latham's Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for for supporting private investment fund formations and closings, including coordinating organizational and closing documentation, investor admissions, approvals, and related fund requirements. You will also work closely with attorneys and client teams on secondary transactions, coordinating transfer documentation, investor elections and rollover processes, LPAC and other consents, ROFR requirements, AML/KYC, diligence, and closing and post-closing activities.
