Finance (UCC) Paralegal

The Finance (UCC) Paralegal is an integral part of Latham's Legal Professional and Paralegal team. The role supports all phases of transactions by conducting lien and litigation searches and due diligence, preparing and coordinating UCC filings, reviewing transaction documents for UCC-related requirements, managing closing and post-closing matters, and collaborating with attorneys, clients, service providers, and other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of matters.
