Corporate PCR and Capital Markets Senior Paralegal

The Corporate PCR and Capital Markets Senior Paralegal is an integral part of Latham's Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of emerging company clients, including startups and venture-backed businesses, as well as liaising effectively with clients, investors, other stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties to efficiently deliver a top-tier work product. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
