Associate Recruiting Specialist – US Programs

The Associate Recruiting Specialist US Programs is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts by supporting the US summer program, pre-law internship program, and external partnerships, while developing foundational management skills by mentoring junior team members. This role will be located in our Washington, DC office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
