The team The Process Improvement (PI) team is a multidisciplinary function that collaborates across the business to eliminate repetitive operations and help everyone "work smarter."

The role This is a brand-new, exciting opportunity we’ve never had before! As our very first Engineering Document Writer , you will have the unique opportunity to shape how we capture and share technical knowledge across our manufacturing operations. You will bridge the gap between engineering experts and shop-floor teams, turning complex technical methods into clear, engaging Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), visual work instructions, and process guides from the ground up.
