Product Manager(Monetization)

Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager (Monetization) whose primary mission is simple: increase user LTV and maximize revenue from every user.

What you’ll do

• Own Lucida AI’s monetization strategy and roadmap
• Make increasing LTV the core product objective
• Design and optimize pricing, paywalls, trials, subscription plans, and offers
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion, ARPU, and LTV
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across the entire monetization funnel
• Continuously experiment with pricing, packaging, discounts, upsells, and subscription mechanics
• Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and revenue data to understand what drives LTV
• Optimize the user journey to maximize revenue per acquired user
• Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to turn insights into experiments
• Build a systematic monetization experimentation engine and continuously iterate based on results
• Find new monetization opportunities across the product and prioritize them based on expected LTV and revenue impact

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Strong experience with B2C mobile apps , ideally subscription products
• Deep understanding of LTV, ARPU, conversion, pricing, and subscription monetization
• Hands-on experience with paywalls, trials, pricing experiments, and subscription flows
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make product decisions based on data and experiments
• Experience with tools such as RevenueCat, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar is a plus
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and purchase behavior
• Highly experimental, analytical, and results-oriented
• Fast execution and strong ownership
• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
