Shop Floor Supervisor / Duty Manager - Casey's LONDIS, Ennis Road, Co. Limerick

Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Stores Departments always operates efficiently and effectively and provides our customers with excellent quality products and services.

This role is full time with an immediate start

Main duties:

• Prepare the presentation and layout of the store;
• Implement planograms correctly;
• Minimise waste and shrink in the department;
• Bring new ideas to the department on innovation through regular research and benchmarking against competitors;
• Train all new employees to the store;
• Deal with all customer queries and efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy;
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
