⭐ About the role To continue our growth, we are looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist, to join our Onboarding team! As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer upon subscription, guiding the customer in the account and connections set-up. Post-set-up, you will have ownership of the customer and follow-up on a regular basis to upsell product features and plan.
