Service Sales Manager

📍 North East England | £37,000–£52,000 per year, plus Sales Bonus | Service sales | Existing client base, real room to grow

You inherit an existing client base in North East England, and your job is to grow it further. Desk-based colleagues cold call and set up new appointments for you, so when you're in front of a customer, you focus on turning a repair, replacement or service need into the right deal. The technical side, working out exactly which solution fits, is something we teach you, so you can focus on the sale. At Easilift, we back up every sale with a 98% first-fix rate, so you're never selling promises you can't keep. As Service Sales Manager, you build that within your own region.

What you'll be doing

🔹 You grow an existing regional client base into new repair, replacement and service opportunities

🔹 You're the fixed point of contact for your own regional accounts, so the customer never has to work out who to call

🔹 You turn a fault, a maintenance query or an expiring contract into a concrete proposal: a quote or a CAPEX plan

🔹 You visit customers on site for meetings and contract renewals

🔹 You manage pricing and pipeline in Salesforce, and negotiate with suppliers for the best terms

🔹 You build account plans and feed in figures that show where the growth is

🔹 You work closely with engineering, so what you promise actually gets delivered
