Force Management Operations Lead

LMI seeks a Force Management Operations Lead to support a Department of War mission partner J9 in transitioning validated autonomous capabilities into enduring force structure, doctrine, concepts, organizational design, and modernization plans. The lead develops roadmaps that align capability fielding with force design decisions and coordinates with Service modernization organizations, the Joint Staff, combatant commands, and the J8. The ideal candidate understands how experimentation and operational demand become institutionalized capability across the Joint Force.
