Behavior Therapist

Rise & Shine is looking for passionate, energetic people who want to make a real difference in children’s lives! In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children in their homes through movement, sports, and play-based activities , helping support their physical, behavioral, and social development.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children; experience with special needs or neurodiverse children is a plus
• Background in Behavior Therapy, Psychology, Education, Kinesiology , or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports, movement, and helping children grow
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Russian or Spanish fluency is a plus
