SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

We are on the lookout for a Junior Casino Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position you will play an integral role in managing our Casino product offerings and campaigns, ensuring a premier customer experience tailored to the Brazilian market. Your passion for offering the best user experience possible and your eagerness to learn, will be the motivation for driving growth, engaging our customer base and improving our customer facing casino product. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations, alongside other members of the casino team, to ensure KTO offers the best casino experience in the market. You will collaborate with various teams and departments, from CRM, to Customer Service,  to tech, to third party casino providers to ensure smooth and compliant casino operations. The role is crucial in making sure that we provide a relevant casino experience, with engaging campaigns and that is in line with the upcoming Brazilian regulation to set the example in the industry.
