The Physical Therapist I delivers evidence-based physical therapy services to patients across the care continuum, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility. This role supports patient safety, access, and outcomes by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and families on rehabilitation strategies.
