The Lead Respiratory Therapist provides advanced clinical expertise and shift-based leadership to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of respiratory care services. This role guides and supports respiratory therapy staff, coordinates daily operations, and promotes quality patient outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
