Service Advisor - Timaru

$70,000 - $90,000 / 40 hrs/week / Monday – Friday

Keith Andrews, New Zealand’s largest Fuso dealership, representing FUSO, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner , is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Timaru.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work
• Provide clear advice on service needs, timeframes and costs
• Coordinate workflow between customers and our workshop team
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs
• Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive or transport industry an advantage)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A solutions-focused approach with the ability to juggle priorities
• Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail
• A team player attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
