Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to maintain and validate product information across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This role supports product onboarding, data validation, and catalog management while working closely with internal stakeholders and client-designated coordinators. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce, working knowledge of NetSuite, and strong attention to detail, while knowledge of IT hardware and software products is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Product Information Management (PIM) functions, including product validation, maintenance, and data entry.
- Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across internal systems.
- Update and maintain product records in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.
- Review product information to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors to obtain missing or incomplete product information.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Support product onboarding and catalog management initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and quality guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the client-designated coordinator or manager.
