• Workforce Team Leadership: Directly lead and train Sorting Center and Transportation Managers, oversee floor teams, handle administrative management, and ensure warehouse/site security monitoring.

• Process Improvement Projects: Implement continuous improvement projects across supply chain nodes, roll out scalable warehouse operational processes, and build operational dashboards to monitor logistics KPIs.

• Field Alignment Travel: Conduct field visits, carry out regional travel to logistics hubs, and collaborate with internal departments (HSE, Security, Facilities) and external transport partners.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in physical logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.

• Technical Skills: High analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.

• Attributes: A highly structured, methodical, and results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing logistics and operational needs on the ground.
