We're on the hunt for a skilled User Acquisition Manager with previous successful experience in games.

FOR WHAT TASKS?

• Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

• 2+ years in mobile gaming UA
• Experience managing paid traffic profitably
• Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics
• Hands-on work with: Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks. Google Ads, Meta are the main priority.
• Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing

Nice to Have

• Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games (IAA/Hybrid)
• Long LTV projects (180+ day payback)
• Testing and scaling emerging ad networks
