About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based in Fremantle on a permanent full time basis. This role is a key support role within the Sales and Marketing team and its objective is to provide high quality support for Marketing team for Rottnest Express, Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo, Captain Cook Cruises and the wider Journey Beyond team.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be assisting with the development of revenue, market share, reputation, and profile.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Income generation through coordination of sales and marketing activity including campaigns by assisting with planning and execution
- Planning, content generation and community management of content for social channels
- Support and grow stakeholder relationships
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing sales and marketing reports.
- Conducting competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting trade, group, and partnership initiatives to drive business growth.
- Coordinating events, sponsorship activations, familiarisations, and industry engagements.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality, or similar coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM, CMS, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
