Senior Finance Transformation Analyst

The Senior Finance Transformation Analyst is responsible for driving finance process improvement, systems enablement, reporting enhancement, and cross-functional project execution across the organization's Finance operations. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, translating business needs into scalable process, data, reporting, and technology solutions. The position is expected to lead complex initiatives with limited direction, strengthen internal controls, improve data quality, support user adoption, and ensure finance systems and processes deliver measurable business value.
