Inside Sales Representative

Essential Job Functions:

• Service the needs of a specific market or group, i.e. GSA customers, or Unitary Product partners, as assigned.

Work with purchasing to assure adequate inventory levels to meet client needs.

• Service customers by answering questions, responding to customer needs, taking orders, and entering them into the

system accurately. Apply processes and procedures including credit guidelines when assisting customers. Maintain pricing structures required by customers and create reference guides to assist sales and store teams with pricing.
