Contract Surveyor

Due to continued expansion we are hiring a Contract Surveyor based in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting monthly valuations
• Assist with the day to day interests of the project
• Assist in the processing of tender packages
• Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop a deep understanding of all financial requirements of the project including commercial and contractual strategies to ensure efficient delivery of commercial aspects of the project

Requirements

• Relevant Third level Degree
• 5+ years’ experience preferably with a main contractor
• Previous projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects (Pharmaceutical and Data Centre)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• Excellent IT skills
