Manager - Reporting (544-194)

In this role, you will help strengthen visibility across major programs by turning project data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work while partnering across teams to support effective governance, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
• Track program performance metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate reporting inputs across project teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support governance meetings with timely status reports and action tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
• Experience preparing project reporting and PMO reporting, including executive dashboards and program performance reporting.
• Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in large-scale project, PMO, and infrastructure program environments.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex programs and preparing reporting for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance meetings.
