Equine Receptionist (FTC)

Donnington Grove Veterinary Group is one of the largest vets in the area. We have three practices based in Newbury, Thatcham and Tadley which means we have a large client base as well as many loyal and long-standing clients. Our receptionist's focus is to provide excellent customer service and make the clients experience the best it can be.
This is a part-time position based at our Tadley branch but there may be a requirement to travel to Thatcham and Newbury How You’ll Make a Difference Ideally, you will: *Have great organisational skills *Have good communication skills *Be confident using IT systems *Be able to work different shifts and some weekends on a rota basis *Have prior experience working in a customer service role We're looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for customer service so if you think that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
Work pattern
- Monday: 1:30pm–7:00pm
- Tuesday: 2:30pm–7:00pm
- Wednesday: 2:30pm–7:00pm
- Friday: 2:30pm–7:00pm
- Every 1 in 10 Saturdays: Tadley TOIL
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
We require someone who can work well under pressure, is a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will need a confident and friendly telephone manner as many client interactions are telephone-based.
Excellent equine knowledge is essential as you will be answering emergency phone calls. Full training will be provided for the role; however, you will need to be competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
