EDI Support Staff

Job Description:

• Handle daily EDI transaction tasks and keep things moving
• Spot and troubleshoot EDI errors/failures as they come up
• Work directly with trading partners to keep data flowing smoothly
• Help with basic setup and configuration of EDI processes
• Team up with SPS Commerce support, our EDI application, and ERP system to dig into and resolve EDI issues
• Contribute to documentation and keep internal teams informed
• Take on additional support tasks as needed

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Some hands-on EDI experience (850s, 855s, 856s, 810s, etc.) is a big plus
• Comfortable with EDI platforms (SPS Commerce experience preferred) and ERP systems
• Solid communicator, both with both trading partners and internal teams
• Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to documentation
• Able to work US time zone hours
