Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and schedule inquiries .
• Handle customer requests regarding flight cancellations and changes .
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, booking policies, and travel-related services .
• Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions based on airline policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear, courteous, and effective communication.

Requirements

• No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Familiarity with Amadeus GDS is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working in shifting schedules
