Training Coordinator for Shipyard Project

We are seeking a Training Coordinator with at least 5 years of proven experience in training coordination, preferably in the shipyard or related industries, to join a project in Yantai Yard, China .

📋 Duties & Responsibilities The Training Coordinator will manage all training activities and ensure their successful execution. Key tasks include:

• Keeping the Training Program document updated throughout its development.
• Coordinating training courses provided by vendors and external training providers.
• Managing the preparation and delivery of all training materials and related documentation.
• Preparing and tracking training courses.
• Supervising and monitoring training conducted by vendors and Contractor Instructors.
• Preparing and submitting Training Progress Reports.
• Developing and maintaining the Training Schedule.

📍 Details

• Location: Yantai Yard, China (accommodation provided)

• Rotation: 90/16

• Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

• Contract Duration: 9 months

• Start Date: January, 2025
