ISG is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an ISG Employee Owner , working alongside a passionate group of professionals to deliver thoughtful, innovative, and community-impacting solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through construction while building lasting relationships with teammates and clients.

You will work closely with Jerremy Foss , PE, CNUA, Civil Engineering Group Leader, and collaborate with a highly integrated, in-house team that includes architects, planners, engineers, visualization specialists, specification writers, and construction administrators. This team-based approach allows you to focus on great design, technical excellence, and professional growth—without silos.
