Mid-Senior Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mid-Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a core Testing team and contribute to the quality and reliability of modern web applications.

The role focuses primarily on manual testing , covering functional, regression, and integration testing, while also offering the opportunity to contribute to Business Analysis activities and work closely with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across different application levels
• Design test strategies and test plans for new features and application changes
• Plan and coordinate testing cycles
• Analyze functional requirements and specifications to identify appropriate testing scenarios
• Log, track, and support the resolution of defects in collaboration with development teams
• Document test results, findings, and identified issues clearly and accurately
• Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other project stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
• Support Business Analysis activities when required

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in manual testing of web applications
• Strong experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Good knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing
• Ability to understand functional specifications and complex business requirements
• Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts
• Experience with defect tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Ability to clearly document defects, test results, and findings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in banking or fintech environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and auditing requirements within financial services
• Knowledge of or experience with test automation tools
