Sales Coordinator

• Sales Reporting & Governance: Prepare and circulate daily regional target-versus-achievement reports, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with sales policies, including order cancellations and discount approvals.
• Receivables Follow-up: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to follow up on outstanding corporate receivables, monitor overdue balances, and escalate delays.
• Order & Dispatch Coordination: Track critical and non-critical orders, prioritize critical orders, maintain accurate dispatch plans, and ensure timely order closure.
• Meetings & Issue Resolution: Coordinate weekly ready-order and site meetings, document action points, and follow up with relevant departments to resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
• Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across SAP, HubSpot, Excel, and MIS reports.
• Ownership & Follow-through: Monitor pending actions, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
• Learning & Development: Complete assigned trainings and assessments while maintaining punctuality and adherence to company SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales coordination, MIS reporting, or corporate sales operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, HubSpot, and MS Excel .
• Excellent coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
