Salesforce Lead Engineer - Business Analyst In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department, driving new capabilities in our CRM Systems that enable our global Sales and Service organization. You will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Your role is to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
