Call Center Recruiter

Full-Time | Remote

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 annual base salary + potential for commission based on retention of hires

Schedule: 40 hours per week M-F

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team and help us find, evaluate, and hire high-performing talent across our organization.

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting role. You'll own your candidate pipeline from sourcing through hire, conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates against clearly defined role requirements, and keep hiring moving quickly without sacrificing quality.

We're looking for someone who enjoys recruiting as a performance-driven role: you like finding great candidates, digging deeper during interviews, tracking your results, and continuously improving your approach.

What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates using Indeed, our ATS, and other recruiting channels
• Review applications and identify candidates who match defined sourcing profiles
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews
• Use behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate experience and performance
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process from application through hire
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our ATS
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, pass-through rates, hiring volume, and quality outcomes
• Partner with hiring leaders and the recruiting team to calibrate candidate profiles
• Participate in interview reviews, candidate calibration, and recruiter coaching
• Follow up consistently with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Experience sourcing candidates rather than relying exclusively on inbound applicants
• Strong behavioral interviewing skills with the ability to ask effective follow-up and probing questions
• Comfortable working toward measurable recruiting goals and performance metrics
• Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
• Confident communicating with candidates by phone, video, email, and text
• Comfortable receiving coaching, reviewing performance data, and adjusting your recruiting approach
• Experience using an ATS and online sourcing platforms

• High-volume recruiting
• Call center, sales, customer service, or operational recruiting
• Indeed sourcing and candidate outreach
• Recruiting for remote positions
• Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems

You'll Do Well Here If You...

You take ownership of your pipeline instead of waiting for candidates to come to you. You're curious during interviews and aren't afraid to ask another question when an answer doesn't give you enough information. You can balance speed with good judgment, and when your recruiting results aren't where you want them to be, your first instinct is to figure out why and adjust.

Most importantly, you enjoy recruiting. You like the challenge of finding the right person, getting candidates excited about an opportunity, and seeing the people you hire succeed after they join the company.
